2. Data Processing and Scope

As an infrastructure and model provider on OpenRouter, we function as a Data Processor. We receive only the data necessary to fulfill your inference requests:

• Input Data (Prompts): The text, code, or media inputs you submit to our endpoints.
• Metadata: Non identifiable technical information, including request timestamps, model identifiers, and token counts.
• No Direct PII Collection: We do not collect or have access to your personal identity, email address, payment details, or OpenRouter account credentials. All user authentication is managed exclusively by OpenRouter.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data strictly for the following purposes:

• Real time Inference: To generate a response based on your input data.
• System Integrity: To monitor API performance, prevent infrastructure abuse, and ensure service stability.

4. Data Handling and Retention

• No Model Training: We do not use any submitted data, including prompts or completions, to train, fine tune, or improve our models or any third party models.
• Ephemeral Processing: Inputs are processed in volatile memory and are not stored in long term systems, except where necessary for temporary debugging.
• Retention Period: Technical logs, excluding full prompt content where possible, are retained for up to 14 days solely for operational monitoring, anti abuse, and rate limiting purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.

5. Security and Infrastructure

Parknet Technologies implements enterprise grade security practices:

• Encryption: All data in transit between OpenRouter, our systems, and compute infrastructure is encrypted using modern TLS standards.
• Isolation: Request data is processed in isolated environments to prevent cross access between users or sessions.

6. International Data Processing

By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed across globally distributed compute infrastructure. Regardless of processing location, Parknet Technologies applies consistent data protection standards and adheres to applicable regulatory principles, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

7. Third Party Disclosure

We do not sell, lease, or trade your data. Data may only be processed by underlying infrastructure components necessary to fulfill your request, under strict confidentiality and security controls.
