Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 14 August 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Parknet Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“ParkNet”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles data when providing artificial intelligence (“AI”) model inference, compute, API, and related technology services.

Parknet Technologies Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated company (UEN: 201831865K).

Our services may be accessed directly or through third-party platforms, partners, marketplaces, resellers, API providers, distributors, or other service providers.

We are committed to maintaining appropriate standards of data privacy, security, and responsible data handling.

2. Data We Process

Depending on how our services are accessed, we may process data provided directly by customers or users, or data transmitted to us through an authorised partner, platform, or service provider.

The data we may process includes:

  • Input Data (Prompts): Text, code, images, media, or other content submitted for AI inference or processing.
  • Output Data (Completions): Responses generated by the requested AI model or service.
  • Technical Metadata: Non-identifying operational information such as timestamps, model identifiers, request status, latency, token counts, routing information, and technical error information.
  • Business Contact Information: Where you contact us directly for commercial, support, partnership, or other business purposes, we may receive information such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your communication.

For inference services delivered through third-party platforms or partners, we generally do not require or independently collect the identity, account credentials, payment information, or other account information of the end user.

However, an inference request may contain personal data if such information is included by a user within the submitted input.

3. Our Role in Processing Data

Depending on the service and relationship involved, ParkNet may process personal data either on its own behalf or on behalf of a customer, partner, platform, or other organisation.

Where we process inference requests on behalf of another organisation, we generally act as a Data Processor or, where applicable under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), as a data intermediary.

We receive only the inference requests and related data necessary to provide the requested service and process them through our infrastructure to fulfil those requests.

Where ParkNet collects personal data directly for its own business purposes, such as business enquiries, contractual relationships, billing, or support, ParkNet may act as the organisation responsible for that processing under applicable data-protection laws.

4. How We Use Data

We process data only for purposes associated with providing, operating, securing, and supporting our services.

These purposes may include:

  • Real-Time Inference: Processing submitted input and generating the requested AI model response.
  • Service Delivery: Routing, executing, and returning inference requests through our infrastructure.
  • System Operations: Monitoring availability, performance, latency, errors, capacity, and service stability.
  • Security and Abuse Prevention: Protecting our infrastructure, customers, partners, and services against malicious activity, fraud, misuse, security threats, and unauthorised access.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnosing technical issues and responding to service-related requests.
  • Business Communications: Responding to enquiries relating to our services, partnerships, commercial arrangements, or support.

We do not use inference prompts or completions for advertising, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.

5. AI Model Training

We do not use submitted prompts, completions, or other inference content to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models or any third-party AI models.

We do not sell inference content or provide it to third parties for their own AI model training.

6. Prompt and Completion Logging

We never log or persist prompt or completion content.

Prompt and completion content is processed transiently only for the purpose of executing and returning the requested inference result.

It is not retained by ParkNet after processing is completed.

Temporary processing within system memory, buffers, networking components, or other transient technical systems may occur where necessary to execute the request, but such content is not intentionally written to persistent logs or storage.

7. Technical Logs and Retention

Technical logs contain only operational metadata and do not contain prompt or completion content.

Technical metadata may include:

  • Timestamps
  • Model identifiers
  • Request status
  • Latency
  • Token counts
  • Routing information
  • Technical error information
  • Other non-content operational information required to operate and secure the service

Technical logs are retained for up to 14 days for operational monitoring, troubleshooting, security, abuse prevention, capacity management, and service reliability purposes.

After the applicable retention period, technical logs are deleted or securely disposed of in accordance with our retention procedures, unless retention for a longer period is required by applicable law.

Business, contractual, accounting, or regulatory records may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, contractual, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.

8. Security and Infrastructure

ParkNet implements reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect data processed through our systems against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.

These measures may include:

  • Encryption in Transit: Data transmitted between customers, partners, ParkNet systems, and processing infrastructure is protected using industry-standard transport encryption such as TLS.
  • Access Controls: Access to infrastructure and operational systems is restricted to authorised personnel and systems based on operational requirements.
  • Processing Controls: Inference requests are processed through controlled environments designed to reduce the risk of unauthorised access or disclosure.
  • Data Minimisation: We process and retain only the information reasonably required to provide, operate, secure, and support our services.
  • Security Monitoring: Infrastructure may be monitored for technical faults, suspicious behaviour, attacks, abuse, and unauthorised access.

While we take reasonable measures to protect information, no electronic transmission, network, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Infrastructure and Processing Components

To fulfil an inference request, inputs are forwarded through our inference stack and the infrastructure components necessary to execute the requested service.

These components may include networking, API, routing, load-balancing, orchestration, compute, GPU inference, and model-execution components.

These systems process request data strictly to execute and return the requested inference result and for no other purpose.

ParkNet may also use third-party infrastructure, cloud, networking, data-centre, security, or technology service providers where necessary to operate our services.

Where third-party service providers process personal data on our behalf, they are subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, contractual, and data-protection requirements.

We do not sell, lease, trade, or disclose inference data to third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Partners

Our services may be made available directly or through third-party platforms, marketplaces, API providers, resellers, distributors, technology partners, or other service providers.

Where you access our services through a third party, that organisation may independently collect and process information about you, including account, billing, authentication, and usage information.

Such processing is governed by that organisation’s own privacy policy and terms.

ParkNet is responsible for data processing performed by ParkNet or by service providers acting on our behalf.

Where ParkNet processes data on behalf of a partner or other organisation, that organisation may remain responsible for its own collection, use, disclosure, and handling of personal data.

11. International Data Processing

Our infrastructure, processing components, partners, and service providers may be located in different jurisdictions.

As a result, data may be processed or transferred outside the country from which a request originates.

Where personal data subject to the Singapore PDPA is transferred outside Singapore, ParkNet takes appropriate measures to ensure that such personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

Where other applicable data-protection laws impose additional requirements on international data transfers, we will take appropriate measures as required.

12. Your Data Rights

ParkNet does not generally collect personal identity or account information from end users solely for the purpose of providing inference services.

Where we process inference requests on behalf of a customer, partner, platform, or other organisation, we may retain only limited non-content operational metadata for up to 14 days as described in this Privacy Policy.

Depending on applicable data-protection laws, you may have rights relating to personal data held about you.

Under Singapore’s PDPA, you may request access to certain personal data held about you and request correction of personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete, subject to applicable exceptions and requirements.

You may also contact us regarding deletion, cessation of retention, withdrawal of consent, or other requests relating to your personal data where applicable under law.

If you believe ParkNet holds personal data relating to you, or you wish to make a data-related request, please contact:

privacy@parknet-tech.ai

Where ParkNet processes personal data solely on behalf of another organisation, such as a customer, partner, or platform, we may coordinate with or refer your request to that organisation where appropriate.

Because inference requests generally do not require ParkNet to independently identify an end user, we may require sufficient information to reasonably identify the relevant records before processing a request.

We will handle privacy and data-related requests in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable laws.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or where retention is required for legal, regulatory, contractual, accounting, security, or legitimate business purposes.

Inference prompt and completion content is not persisted by ParkNet.

Operational technical metadata is retained for up to 14 days as described in this Privacy Policy.

Other information, such as business correspondence, contractual documentation, billing information, accounting records, or regulatory records, may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary or required by law.

When personal data is no longer required for a legal or business purpose, we will cease retention or appropriately anonymise or dispose of the information in accordance with applicable requirements.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our services are primarily intended for businesses, developers, technology providers, and users accessing AI and compute services through authorised applications and platforms.

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through our inference infrastructure.

Where our services are incorporated into a third-party application or service, the organisation providing that application or service is responsible for determining whether its service is appropriate for children and for complying with applicable legal requirements.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, infrastructure, technology, business relationships, data-handling practices, or legal and regulatory requirements.

Any updated version will be published on our website.

The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy indicates when the most recent revision became effective.
